Lets make this clear, the entire point of Cosplay is to look good well doing it. This on the other hand, looks like utter garbage. Much like the person dressed as Daphene, that was uploaded earlier.

The point of Cosplay is to dress like a character. That's it. Not please some random guy on the internet. Your opinion on whether it looks good is invalid. Especially on a site like this. Fap or move on.
