          6.2.1  PE$SDA placed in Incorrect Directory

               6.2.1.1  Problem Description:

               The VMS732_DRIVER-V0100 patch kit placed the PE$SDA.EXE
               image in the [SYSHLP] rather than the [SYSLIB] directory.
               This kit will place PE$SDA.EXE in [SYSLIB] and remove any
               PE$SDA.EXE that it finds in [SYSHLP].
