That specific action is called Plucking. It refers to the slow motion used to raise the t-shirt, as to appear the tits to be "plucked" from said shirt.

fathom....dude people can't read your mind. When you say "source please anyone" they are going to give you the source of the gif or image. Now if you say ...does anyone know if this gif was made from a video file...then you may get the answer you want (or not).
