I would say more like a Anna Williams wearing her big sister's clothes could work more since Dylan has a similar short hair like Anna.

Ooh yeah, that is a very fitting image, too. Dylan would make for a terrific Anna! Also, what a pleasant thought that is, Anna getting into her sister's wardrobe, trying on her skimpiest form-fitting costumes...
